PLEASE NOTE:
1. The Tariff is inclusive of electricity and all linen (includes bed and kitchen linen). Bath towels are available at an added charge of £4 per person per week. Some adjustment will be made for non Pounds Sterling currency, any Bank charges incurred will be payable by the Hirer. Please enquire when making a booking. 2. A Deposit of 30% of total Rent is required with a firm booking. A Booking form plus the Terms & Conditions are sent to the client. 3. A Good Housekeeping Deposit of £50 is payable with balance of Rent, FOUR weeks before arrival. This is returnable within 10 days after departure, provided the house is left in good order with no damage, breakages or smoke odour, (within the property), claimed. 4. The interior of this property is a NON SMOKING ZONE, but smokers may smoke outside in a designated area. 5. The owner regrets that generally children below the age of 6 years are not accepted. 6. No pets are permitted at the holiday home. |
