ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

      The bungalow may be hired from April to  the end of September.    All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum hire is for 1 week.  It is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival & must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Clients are met and greeted at their holiday home by the Representative.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

    The Hirer (the person signing the booking form) will be responsible for the full balance of charges. Please note that if the Hirer cancels a booking, then all monies (whether by way of a deposit or otherwise) shall be forfeited to the Owner. If the Owner re-lets, she shall refund all monies (whether a deposit or otherwise) less a handling charge of £20.00 per week booked.

 Full details of booking terms & conditions are sent to the Hirer at the time of booking.

Visitors are advised to take out suitable holiday insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or any other eventuality.

OCCUPATION OF PROPERTY

    The number of people occupying the bungalow must not exceed five.   The Property is not normally offered for letting to families with children under 6 years or with pets, nor is it suitable for the use of wheelchairs.

LINEN & TOWELS

    All bed & kitchen linen is provided; clean linen is provided for each week of a stay. Non feather duvets & non feather pillows, a shower mat & a bath mat are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own towels.  Towels can be hired, however, for £4.00  per person per week.

CLEANLINESS, BREAKAGES & DAMAGE.

The Property is to be left in a clean and tidy order and smoke odour free, otherwise a cleaning levy of £20.00 / 30 Euros will be imposed. All cleaning aids and equipment are provided.  A £50.00 Good Housekeeping Deposit  is required for each booking. (See TARIFF page, item 3)
