    BLAIR BRATACH is a modern, electrically heated & well equipped bungalow furnished to a high standard & carpeted throughout. It accommodates five people comfortably in three bedrooms. It is available for hiring from April to the end September.

    The property is very well equipped -  colour TV, Digital Satellite, DVD, video recorder, CD & tape player, fan assisted cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine & tumble dryer - all available for your convenience. A pay telephone is also installed.

    Outside, a set of garden furniture is provided for use on the Patio or in the spacious garden, where you can enjoy open views to the east across the River Ardle and the hills beyond. Ample driveway is available for 3 cars. Secure parking is provided too for motor bikes & bicycles.

    Full accommodation (at Ground level) includes a large sitting room facing south-east, a dining room, two double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds) and a single bedroom.  The kitchen is spacious, fitted with modern solid oak units. The bathroom has bath with over-head shower (grab rail fitted), WC and a dual shaver point. All rooms have low-cost electric space heating. Light and heavyweight duvets are provided and, if required, towels are available for you.

The owner regrets that she is unable to accept any pets and generally children under the age of 6 years.
